Who we are

Full Circle Storyworks ("FCS", "we") operates this website and the FCS Control Center, an internal publishing tool. You can reach us at contact@fullcirclestoryworks.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website (fullcirclestoryworks.com) and the applications FCS registers with platforms such as Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Kick and Bluesky. We use those applications only to publish and measure FCS's own content on FCS-owned accounts.

Visitors to this website

This static website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser beacon to measure page views and website performance. See Cloudflare’s explanation of the data it collects. Hosting and security services may process request information, including IP address and request time, for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.

Data our applications access

Our applications connect only accounts owned and controlled by FCS. Through them we access:

• basic account identifiers for our own accounts (account ID, username, page or channel name);
• the content we publish and its metadata (titles, descriptions, captions, links);
• performance data about our own content, such as views, likes, comments counts and audience statistics that platforms report in aggregate.

We don't use our applications to collect personal information about other people, build profiles, or target individuals.

How we store and protect it

Access tokens are stored encrypted in FCS-controlled infrastructure and are used only to perform actions an FCS owner has approved. Publication records (what was published, where, and when) are kept so we can manage our own content.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share data obtained through platform APIs with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.

Google API Services

FCS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep publication records while the related content remains published. You can ask us to delete any data about you. See Data Deletion. You can also revoke an application's access at any time from the platform's own settings.

Children

This website and our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
